Added the Astropi Customs system

0.00026 deg/ 1/16 micro step, Carbon fiber gears, worm gear pressed onto a 10mm shaft
Clutched 1" bearing pivots
Clutch pressure adjustment by the wing-nut shown
480 tooth bull gear and 10 tooth pinon gear with 9:1 gt2 belt reducer
gives 0.00416 deg/full step and
0.00026 deg/ 1/16 micro step and 16Hz Ra Oscillator
